lol thanks for purposefully misinterpreting my statement. I am reading manual for intel d975xbx2 mobo, from 2007-2008 time period, it has colored ram slots (blue and black in case you give a damn about these things). Memory issue with i5 3570k and Asus P8Z77-V LX mobo ... I have the same issue with the blue RAM slots. I have two Kingston 4GB Value RAM stick. The 1st stick will work fine in any slot. The 2nd stick will refuse to work in the blue slot no matter what (red lights and cant boot).
